Ask your ancestors to guide you with their wisdom today. Be very mindful of forgiveness, being humble, and feeling grateful, especially to the Earth, our Mother.

i feel our Western society has no parallel to the concept of the day of Ajmaq. Imagine everyone in the community, every 20 days, pausing to assess their lives in general and in particular each 20 day period. Imagine everyone now humbly realizing all the transgressions we committed and taking responsibility by atoning for them. Imagine we did this not only towards our fellow man but also towards Earth.
