13 Kame

Today our human consciousness has the opportunity for growth in a resurgence of spirituality.
The key to this growth is clarity and rebirth.
Kame represents the energy of death, which in Mayan cultures is a beneficial place where our needs are lessened and our ancestors dwell. Power 13 is a day for rewards and spirituality, a day to develop our intuition.
Though we resist, change is good for us, and we know which changes are the ones we need to make. Kame dissipates all things, and Power 13 grants us the power to alter our course.
This is only a reference as to what day of the Cholq'ij calendar aligns with our familiar dates.
For more information, buy the book by Mayan elder Carlos Barrios, books by Mayan Daykeeper Denise Barrios, or any other books regarding this Sacred Calendar
