5 Kame

Today our human consciousness has the opportunity for growth in a resurgence of spirituality.
The key to this growth is clarity and rebirth.
Kame is the only sure thing- we are all born, and one day we will all return to origin. In the Mayan world, death is viewed differently than in the West. It is actually a positive energy where our ancestors dwell, and where needs and longings of the flesh are no more. This energy dissipates all things both good and bad, and can strengthen or weaken a person's power.  Power 5 signifies liberty, charisma, magnetism, and luck. It is a good day to make changes. Today you can achieve anything you put your mind to. It stands for the love that comes into your life and flows from you.
Kame projects the energy of transmutation. Petition the Nawal to guard you during your journey, harmonize any negative energies, and to protect you from a bad death, as Power 5 will do its part to mitigate any unwanted outcome.
This is only a reference as to what day of the Cholq'ij calendar aligns with our familiar dates.
For more information, buy the book by Mayan elder Carlos Barrios, books by Mayan Daykeeper Denise Barrios, or any other books regarding this Sacred Calendar.
