11 Ajmaq

Today, our human consciousness has the opportunity for growth in our forgiveness and personal service.
The key to this growth is through our search for expression and transmission.
The glyph that depicts Ajmaq is representing the mind in a state of forgiveness and illumination. It is a brain with rays, lines of expansion, reaching out in all directions. It is the Wisdom of the Elders, fruit of thirst for knowledge and experience. In this way, Ajmaq transmits the virtue of a long honorable existence but is a day for repentance, forgiveness, and reconciliation with the Great Father. It allows us to recognize our innermost essence and degree of spiritual evolution. Power 11 symbolizes learning through experience. This can be a complicated day, as you are acquiring knowledge through experience, which can also bring trials. Be patient on this day and avoid making important decisions. It stands for the cycles of life.
This is a day that is reserved for introspection. Look into your heart... What do you see? Today the energies of 11 Ajmaq will help cure the wounds that your misdeeds may have caused, and will allow you to reflect on the motives that prompt you to act in the wrong way. We have a special opportunity today to understand the significance of the choices we have made and change discord to harmony. In the Mayan world they would take this day for a full, unbiased inspection of their actions over the past 20 days in particular but also generally overall. This exercise will benefit all of us here and now as well, it can help renew our personal energy.
This is only a reference as to what day of the Cholq'ij calendar aligns with our familiar dates.
For more information, buy the book by Mayan elder Carlos Barrios, books by Mayan Daykeeper Denise Barrios, or any other books regarding this Sacred Calendar.
