Today our human consciousness has the opportunity for growth of purity and clarity.
The key to this growth is wind and what is crystal clear.
The element that governs our ideas is the wind. It is the divine breath that sustains existence, the energy of words and communication. It is the wind of change that activates the energy within our body and inspires us into action. It provides visions and brings beauty and harmony. It is the invisible space between material things, the space inside of us. Power 13 marks the end of the cycle and so signifies achievement and success. Like Power 1 it contains strength and wisdom, but it has now gained experience. It is a day for rewards and spirituality. It stands for fulfillment and magic. 
Take a moment during the day to meditate. Concentrate on your breathing... drink in the pure and renovating air of Iq'... Allow it to turn your tension into relaxation, and to nourish your thought with every breath you take.
