Q'anil is the seed, life, and creation. It is the day of full realization and knowledge.  Power 11 symbolizes learning through experience. This can be a complicated day, as you are acquiring knowledge through experience, which can also bring trials.
Experience is the teacher and transformation is the lesson. Make up your mind to let go of those old ideas and views, or your hands will be too full to receive the kernels of knowledge that this day has in store for you.
